Hi Becky,
I don't know how much Carla may have told you about my mother's condition, but it has declined dramatically . She is now basically bed or wheelchair-bound and needs total assistance with mobility and with bathing, toileting, etc. So effective immediately I am raising them both to your "total care" rate. They deserve it!
She is wonderful and my mother has become very fond of and dependent on her. I am so grateful to her for the excellent care she is providing and to you for sending her to us and thus enabling my mother to remain in her own home.

Dear Becky, it has been a little difficult for me lately. Thank you so much for your service to us and dealing with with some of the difficulties that arose. Your caregivers meant a great deal to my Daddy. I miss my folks so much and will always be thankful I found you guys to help me make them happy and comfortable.

I just wanted to tell you that Lios made a real difference in my Mothers final week. We enjoyed getting to know her and so did my Mother.
Mon passed away at 7:34pm tonight.
