Founder and owner Rebecca “Becky” Crabtree has a nursing background, and for years, she worked in labor and delivery, as well as in the emergency room. Before One on One, she owned a medical equipment business. So, it’s safe to say she’s given her life to the betterment of the healthcare industry. Most importantly, she’s been a caregiver herself and understands the dedication, compassion, and skill that the position demands.
How It All Started
One on One Personal Homecare Services was born out of personal experience. Becky needed a caregiver for her parents. She sought to secure someone the family could trust, and the task proved to be quite a challenge. Then came the issue of reliability. If you hired independently, who would step in if the caregiver fell ill, needed time off, or simply didn’t show?
One on One has blossomed in its 18-year history. Today, it’s the finest affordable in-home personal care service in Fort Worth, all of North Central Texas, and the surrounding areas. The dream was to create a company that would specialize in 24-hour live-in care. And to complete the in-depth hiring process for clients. That dream is now a well-oiled reality powered by Becky and over 300 qualified caregivers.
